The first step is to visit our secure online verification system. You will be asked to take a photo of your ID, and then complete a liveness check. This will only take a couple of minutes:

Once you have completed the check please allow our team one working day to review the results and update your account. They will contact you via email should anything further be required.

You will also need to provide proof of possession of any credit cards you have used with us.

For this all you have to do is take a picture of the font and back of each card and send it to our support team via email.

Please make sure to obscure the long number on the front of the card, leaving only the first 6 digits and the last four digits visible. Please also obscure the CVV (three digit number) on the back.
