Please make sure to obscure the long number on the front of the card, leaving only the first 6 digits and the last four digits visible. Please also obscure the CVV (three digit number) on the back.

Finally, a proof of address letter will be required to complete this process, you would need to provide a utility bill or bank statement that is dated within the last 3 months. We can accept a physical picture of a letter you have received or a PDF statement. We cannot accept screenshots.
