The time it will take to receive the funds depends on the withdrawal method you choose.

The cheque will be dispatched the day after your withdrawal is approved, and the FedEx tracking number will be available upon request the day after that.

Once you have deposited the cheque to your bank the funds will normally be available the same day. This does vary depending on who you bank with.

Wire transfers will typically complete within two working days after your withdrawal is approved. This does vary between banks however so we advise that 3-5 working days is a good estimate.

We utilise a batch system for sending BTC payments. Once we have approved your withdrawal the funds will be sent in the next batch. Batches are processed every six hours, seven days a week.

Payments made via LTC and BCH are submitted immediately to the block chain when your withdrawal is approved. The funds will typically show in your wallet in less than an hour.
