If you have forgotten your password be sure to have your username and the email address registered on your account at hand as this will be required to reset it.

First visit the login screen and click on the Forgot Password Link:

One the following screen enter your username and the email address registered on your casino account

Once you have completed this info and clicked OK our systems will send a unique security code to your email address. Please allow around 15 mins for the email to arrive and to check your spam and Junk folders.

Each time you press the forgotten password button any security codes sent previously will be rendered invalid, so be sure to wait for that first email!

Once received you can enter your unique security code into the box shown below and create your new password.
