Sometimes your deposit requests are declined by our payment processors. We have compiled this list that will address all the problems we see regularly.

You can check the details we have for you in the cashier. Just press the ‘Cashier’ button on the deposit screen, then click on the pencil icon next to your name. Update them so that they match the details on your card exactly.

Even something as simple as correcting Rd to Road, Dr to Drive, Dave to David etc. can mean the difference between a decline and an approval.

You can greatly increase your approval rates by using the same email address that you use on your social media accounts, or even just an email that is not from a free provider (gmail, hotmail etc.).

We have several different processors available to you. If your first attempt is declined our systems will find an alternative for your next attempt.

If you are having trouble with your Visa, try a MasterCard or vice versa. If you are using a pre-paid or gift card, try using your bank issued card.

While some of our processors can handle deposit of just $26 some will only accept deposits of $35 or more. Attempting a different amount may open up more processing options for you.

You may get billed slightly more than the amount you request due to your card issuer adding an additional charge.

So if you have $50 left on your pre-paid card try a deposit for a few dollars less.

These costs are a pain however they are largely out of our control and we certainly do not benefit from them. Nonetheless we are happy to compensate you for these additional costs of playing with us. Just contact support.

Our automated systems may put you on timeout if you try too many times too quickly. If this happens the system will reset within one hour, or you can contact support and we can help you out.
