Removing a duplicate account

 

We understand that on occasion duplicate accounts are accidentally made and we don’t want this to interfere with your future withdrawals from the Casino.

We can only allow one account per Household/Address/IP. However, if you would like to keep playing with us and remove a duplicate account, please follow the steps below.

To remove a duplicate account please make the minimum deposit to the account you would like to keep as a show of good faith.

You should then contact us about this and provide this information about your duplicated accounts using the email address on our support page.

Once you have contacted us, we will then remove any duplicate accounts from our system, so that your chosen account will be in good standing with us.
